General

We're a custom software and IT services firm — we build custom applications, automate workflows, integrate systems, migrate and manage cloud infrastructure, and build AI-powered features and tools, for small and mid-sized businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software.
We're headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with a distributed engineering team also working from India, giving us extended coverage across more of the business day.
Yes. While we're US-based, our distributed team structure means we're set up to work with clients internationally. Reach out and tell us about your project and location, and we'll let you know how we can work together.

Working with us

Fill out the form on our Contact page with a bit about what you need. We typically reply within one business day to schedule a discovery call.
Four stages: Discover (we learn your current process and the real problem worth solving), Design & scope (you get a clear plan and pricing before work starts), Build & test (iterative development with regular check-ins and real QA), and Launch & support (we deploy, then stay on for maintenance and the next iteration).
It depends entirely on scope — a focused integration might take a couple of weeks, while a full custom platform can take a few months. We provide a specific timeline as part of your proposal, before any work begins.
No. Many clients come to us with a problem, not a solution — “our team wastes hours a week on this manual process” is a perfectly good starting point. Figuring out the right solution together is part of the discovery phase.
Yes. We're intentionally a smaller, distributed team rather than a large agency — you talk directly to the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages back and forth.

Pricing & payment

It depends on scope, which is why we don't publish a flat rate card — a two-week integration and a three-month platform build aren't priced the same way. See our Pricing page for how our engagement models work, and reach out for a specific quote.
Three: a fixed-scope project (one price, agreed upfront, for a clearly defined deliverable), a monthly retainer (ongoing development or support at a predictable monthly rate), and dedicated team / staff augmentation (one or more of our engineers embedded with your team).
Payment structure is agreed as part of your written proposal or services agreement before work begins — this varies by engagement type and project size.
Yes — maintenance & support is one of our core services, available either as part of a retainer or as a standalone engagement once your project ships.

Technical

Our stack varies by project, but commonly includes modern web frameworks (React, Node.js), mobile frameworks (React Native, native iOS/Android), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and, where it fits, AI/LLM integration. We choose the right tool for your specific problem rather than forcing every project into one stack.
Once you've paid in full for a deliverable, ownership of that custom deliverable transfers to you, per our Terms of Service. We retain rights to our own general-purpose tools, frameworks, and pre-existing components that may be incorporated into your project.
Yes — formal non-disclosure agreements are available on request before we begin discussing project specifics, if you'd like one in place beyond our standard confidentiality terms.
We follow standard secure development practices and scope security requirements as part of every engagement. Specific compliance needs (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.) should be flagged during discovery so we can plan accordingly — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle information submitted to us directly.

Careers

We don't always have a specific listed opening, but we're regularly interested in strong engineers. Check our Careers page for the roles we typically hire for.
Yes — our team already spans the US and India, and most roles are remote by default.
Visit our Careers page and click "Apply now" on a role (or apply generally), which takes you to a short application form with a spot for your resume link and LinkedIn profile.
